Staff
Brother Robert Warmath came as pastor of Skyline Baptist Church in May of 2003. Brother Robert has also served churches as Minister of Music and Education. He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1992 and has served as a pastor of churches in Michigan and Oregon before coming to El Paso. Since 2007 Brother Robert has been doing double duty by leading the music and directing the church choir.
Robert and his wife, Darlene, have two adult sons: John and Thomas, and are very proud of their first grandchild, Alyssa Maria, who was born to their son John and his wife, Corinna, on June 10, 2008!
Charles Fields - Youth Pastor
Charles has been a member and lay Youth Pastor of Skyline for several years. As a public school teacher and administrator, he has a special insight as to the needs and daily demands on teens in the twenty-first century. Charles completed his Masters of Education Administration degree in 2007 and works with all students in the seventh through the twelvth grades.
Dave Novaln has been a faithful member and active leader at Skyline Baptist Church for many years. In addition to serving as Chairman of Deacons, Dave is the Church Treasurer and shares the Children's Message in the Sunday morning worship service when available. Dave is not always able to be in the Sunday morning service because he serves the community, region and nation in his job as a meteorologist with the National Weather Service station at nearby Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
